No question, this boast the BEST variegation of any daphne, and really one of the great variegated plants period. Leaves are pale yellow edged with just the smallest margin of green. Decidedly slower growing than the other xburkwoodii, and very difficult to get to root from cuttings, but really very easy once you get it in the garden, where it will eventually form a 2-3 foot sphere. It might get even larger with time... I don't really know as our plants are constantly being sheered in out endless need for cuttings. Typical pale pink flowers in the spring, which you will hardly notice because they are absolutely upstaged by the stunning foliage.
